Leadership has the experience and formal education to provide training and mentoring to the employees, ensuring that their activities in the field mirror those at the office. Our combined ranching and farming experience to include wholesale and retail commerce permits us to understand issues those facing in the field. Equally, our corporate experience provides the foundation to ensure the appropriate processes are in place to provide a streamlined and repeatable transaction process.

AGV facilitates the purchase, transport, and sale of livestock and processed meats into the wholesale market. This market consists of large-scale, domestic, and international meat processing facilities, meat importers and distribution companies, and regional food distributors. AGV is currently focused on satisfying demand within the beef market with the future objectives to broaden the product portfolio to include sheep, goats, and possibly swine.  

Our strategy is straightforward:

• With Buyers of Cattle: We ensure that we honor our commitments and deliver high quality product in the manner and time we promise. There are no surprises within the manner in which we conduct business; straightforward and transparent. 
• With Sellers of Cattle: We strive to build strong healthy relationships with the producers to solidify long term sustainable product flow.  
• The Process:
• Purchase orders are submitted by the buyers
• Verification of confirmation of buyer's requirements and resources to complete transactions are obtained
• Coordination occurs with selected Ranchers, Legal authorities, and licensed Veterinarians, in addition to pre-approved transportation to facilitate the transaction.
• Confirm legal framework is complete
• Confirm required insurances are in place
• AGV Regional Assistants meet at location to manage the entire transaction of the purchase, loading and transporting of livestock cargo, and selling of cargo is completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• All payments are provided via digital processing.
