AGV Cattle Company consists of two companies: AGV Cattle Company, Inc., and AGV Cattle Company Proprietary Limited.

AGV Cattle Company, Inc. was founded in Texas, USA, and officially incorporated February 2022.  It functions in the role of providing oversight, financial controls, and strategic support to AGV Cattle Proprietary Limited.

AGV Cattle Proprietary Limited was incorporated May 2022 in Gaborone Botswana and serves as the operational arm of AGV Cattle Company.

We are extremely proud of our brand and have submitted the image to the USTMPO for trademark protection. Additional global trademark protection filings have also been submitted. As such, it should be considered protected and proprietary to AGV Cattle Company, Inc.

Although not core to its business, AGV intends to leverage the brand and reputation with future licensing efforts, with resulting revenues dedicated to support under resourced communities in which it conducts business.

It is critical that AGV Cattle Company be a responsible contributor to its suppliers and vendors, its employees, its customers, its governing authorities, and its communities. To do so, it must maintain a level of profitability AND contribute resources to the communities in which it conducts business and to those who support such endeavors. As a result, AGV is committed to providing a portion of its profits directly to those in need and through various philanthropic entities.
